Job Offer

I got a job offer from Qatar. They are offering me QR. 13,000/- lump sum n single status (with bachelor residence), no medical insurance as saying that’s included in the salary. They will assist me to bring family after 6 month.

Is that offer good or not? What about residence, expensive as compared to KSA n other living things over in Qatar.

Waiting for your kind response.

Dear All,

Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

One more thing I want to ask. The company name is REDCO Int'l, do anybody give me suggestions regarding the company reputation and its official environment.

Dear

Sir/ Madam

In Regards with the Salary is Fair Enough

But i Suggest & like to say its would be Much Better/ Appropriate as Follows with Family:

1.) 15000

2.) Family Status with family Accomodation ( Fully Furnished 01BHK or 02BHK)

3.) Company Car + Petrol Allowances + Official Mobile Calls Allowances + Laptop

4.) Medical Coverage Single or with Family. ( Doesn't Matter)

5.) Yearly Round Trip to the Destination. ( Single or With Family Doesn't Matter)

6.) Bonus if the Organisation is Really Good.

7.) If the Company Doesn't Wants him the Company Should be ready to gove him Release, i.e To Join or find Other Job.

8.) One Last but the Most IMP thing for a Single 13K is Good but with Family should have the Following facilities as Mentioned Above.

9.)Try to Negotiate asmuch as you can.

So i suggest to make it Clear from the beginning with the Concern Company.

Thanks & Regards

As a bachelor, you will save a good figure if you are able to squeeze a lot of expenses. But if you're planning to bring the family and no medical insurance covered not at all a good offer. Given that you have 11 years experience I don't think this package is good too even as a single status. And finally it is all upto you whether to accept the offer or not. Good luck.
