1) salary on time?

2) medical insurance?

3) how many days do they give annually?

4) how much is decent salary to ask for executive secretary position?

5) how is the management?

6) how stable is the company?

I am still undecided. I asked for salary adjustment but told me that they will give what I asked after probationary 3months period. My worry now is, what if he didn't keep his promise and just tell me that I am not performing or make stories by then.
