Furthermore i would like to know, my plan is to stay with my wife after getting residence visa and definately would like to stay atleast one room facility with attached bathroom and kitchen....how must its rent will come.

My employer is not ready to give me advance payment against my reneted house .....advance payment for rent house is also aplicable in doha just like dubai?

According to me u will spent for food which will come around 500 riyals a month (min), electricity & water around 600 riyals, telphone exp: 150(max - depends on how often u contact people), shopping (cant say), car (depends new / old), Fuel (200/month).

I think u can save more than 4-5000 riyals. Again it depends on how u r gonna live...

Here the cost of living is increasing day by day including rent.you have to pay atleast qrs .7000/- for getting a 2 bed room flat.if your company will give you rent allowance it will be ok.All depends the way you want to live.School fee also depends on selection of scools.you can pay qrs.300/ month or you can pay qrs.1000/- per month as tuition fee.Altogether i think if you get Qrs.15000 per month afer leading an average life you can save 4000 - 5000 qrs.

C, i think its a good offer. But it all depends on your qualification and experience that the company pay more.. U did not mention what is the type of job u are selected for.

According to me, your basic is pretty good, HRA is also good as nowadays, the cost of living in Qatar has increased like hell. The rent for houses has increased heavily (eg: the house which used to be 2000 riyals has gone up to 4200) this shows how it has increased in 1 or two years.

I think u can get a 2 bedroom accomodation with that HRA if u consume it fully. U can save from that salary. The initial expense will be more coz u have to buy furnitures, household items, later on u can start saving.
