Job Offer Salary for 22K for Risk Job at Bank

I am offer a place for asst. manager at 22K at bank in risk management. I would like to know is they paying a fair offer. Currently working in KSA. I have an experience of over 6 years. Pls. let me know if I should ask more, or I be able to live easily.

I would like to live near "Bank Street" 1-2 bed apt. Pls. advise.

Breakup is as following
Basic 10000
Rent Allowance 6000
Trasport 500
Living 4000
Bonus 1500

YOU NEED AT LEAST 7000 - 8000 FOR A GOOD STANDARD FLAT.
