Rina, you make me laugh! Seriously...

I work in HR, and review hundreds CVs every day. I can tell you - 90% of applicants have a degree! This is not something that makes you unique. I suggest - better focus on your unique skills that you can bring to your company when you're applying.

theres so many BSc degree holder here in qatar with much more working experience with you landed unemployed right now and some are only landed in not a very good situation....

salary may varies depends on the company and your luck here in qatar....

so means...nobody can give you a definite answer on your queries....
