Long Leave by Force / Salary Reduced
Dear All,
I m working here in Qatar from last 3+ years. My visa will expire on Oct., 2013. But now a days our company going to send employees on Long Leave or Reducing our salaries (upto 1000-2000 Rayal).
Please let me know that If employer ask us to go on Long Leave, may I apply Labor Court for my benefits (as they never give us, they took sign on blank papers before someone going on leave).
and
if they reduce our salaries then may we apply the court to ask for release with full benefits. ????

They never give NOC, I just want to know that if they dont give any benefit, I have only bank statement against my salary proof, then may i get benefit from Court ?
if you don't agree for reducing salary or long leave they should give NOC
don't give sign on blank paper.
ya they should give NOC is your right when company is closing down or not paying salary for couple of months.
no company have right to stop you from working (other company)in Qatar, when they don't have work for you. they have release you with NOC.
