Dear Sir,

I have been working with a contracting company from 01/05/2012 and my contract come to end on 30/04/14 (excactly 2 yrs). i do not wish to continue my employment. 

my salary details as follows:

basic - 4500/=

food - 1000/-

transport - m500/-

total 6000/=

counld you please help me

how much amount i will get as my final settlement ?

(i have not taken any leave during this 2 yrs and tickt will be provided by my employee once completed 2 years) 

pls help me

It is your own fault for allowing it to drag on. File a case at the labour court - take hard copies of emails as evidence

I haven't get my settlement for last 1 year, now I want to go legal, is that i will get any compensation for this 1 year and what is the procedure to proceed further. I am just following with the employer through email and they just dragging by giving wrong commitment

Dear QL friends,

I m in a difficult situation need your help

I have been working with a company for the past two years and my contract expired two months ago.I ask my emplyer to renew my contract and renew my Qatar ID but he is not doing so. He does not raise my salary and renew my employment contract and Qatar ID. he is keep on telling me he is going to restructure our company and going to terminate some people and reorganise. therefore to wait sometime.is it legal to an employee remain like this (with expired visa and QID)

meanwhile i have a bank loan with CBQ and have paid one year without any problem and i m worried if my employer terminates me how can i pay my loan? are there any remady / solutionfor this? i m sure he will provide NOC.

can you please help me? how can i handle this situation?

as per Qatar labor law, employee is entitled 21 days leave salary & 21 days end of service every year against basic wages. ur settlement as follows : leave salary for 2 years - 42 days (4500*42/30=6300 qr)+ End of service (4500*42/30= 6300) so total u can take home QR 12600. :)

For the calculation of your End of Service Benefits only the Basic salary is taken into consideration. This would be 21 days of basic salary for each year of service.
