First think whether you gonna live alone or with your family. Family accomodation could be find at around QR 5000. Little away from Doha could be around Qr. 4000
Sharing family accomodation could be find at around Qr 2000 - 2500 range
Family of 4 ( 2 adults + 2 children) food cost be covered at Qr 2000 - 2200 range this by having a decent three meals per day
Brand new vehicle could be purchsed on a car loan (east payment scheme) strting from Qr 800 per month. Choose a better car you pay higher
So, if you palnning to have a medium class living in a decent sharing accomodation with your family, having a car with two children schooling in a Indian/Sri Lankan or Pakistani school, trust me you can save up to Qr 4000 a month easily
I have doubt with most of others who answered your question have any idea how much an avarege salary in Qatar. 70% of Asian families live here with families with an avarage salary of Qr 10000 and still they manage to save.
At the end its all comes up to your living standards.

dear friend,all expesnes are depends on your living standard.If you are ready to live in partitioned villas, it will be around 3 K - 4 Khere you can buy used cars and thus you can save in future too.food expenses also depends.If your Kuwait salary is less than 7.5 K, you can choose this option.let have a direct inquiry on your freinds who are living in Qatar is the best way before your decision.have a nice future.

Karthik, It depends on the job offered to you. You might not get more than that if the salary package is a standard one for your job. If you are single it is a good offer and you are not going live alone in a flat paying Qr. 5000 per month. You can easily find single room sharing accommodation between Qr. 1500 and 2000. You can find sharing bed space with guys from your area for half of that money. Then you will be spending another 2000 riyals on food, petrol, mobile etc. I think you can adjust your controllable expenses to a maximum Qr. 4500 to 5000. Now it is up to you to decide whether you should accept the offer or not.
i agree, better u stay in Q8, at least u need 16 to 17 K.
Simple calc:
rent: at least 5000QR/month
Car expissives:2000QR/month
food and other expansive: 4000QR/month
what if you have kid wants to go to school..?!
