Need comments on offer

I've been offered a full Professor position with the following

1. BasicSalary: QR 23,000

2. Transportation allowance: QR 2,000

3. Fully furnished accommodation (monthly water and electricity is paid by me)

4. Children Educational Allowance: QR 40,000 perchild and maximum three children with maximum 100,000 for all.

5. Health: governmental service

6. Annual paid leave: about 2 months for the threeyear contract.

7. Annual return tickets to your home country foryour self, your spouse and up to three children.

8. Annual salary increase based on individualperformance

9. One time shipping allowance: according to HRpolicies.

I'd appreciate a sincere comment on the salary and the benefits.

From what I have read on this forum, it looks good. But is it possible to know what is your area: engineering, business, computer, law.... since this makes a difference.

Sounds good to me. Since education and gousing is being paid, focus on how much you will save!
