Need help on a company

I have an offer from Aamal company for the position Chief Accountant. Need the following information from someone who as worked in this company:

1. How would you describe working in the company? learning/unproductive/beneficial/enjoyable

2. How would you describe the HR department? lethargic/efficient/cooperative/considerate/unfriendly

3. Are they a merit based company. Do they promote and compensate people based on performance or based on tenure?

4. How the working culture is? Politicized/open/freindly/backstabbing/restrictive?

5. What would you consider a reasonable salary for someone from an Asian country with an MBA from University of Leicester, UK and having 9 years of financial and management accounting experience including budgeting, accounts preparation and IFRS knowledge plus additional 6 years of corporate finance in terms of investment evaluation, investment due diligence, valuation, forecasting and investment report writing.
