New Branch Manager

Hi All,

I found many informations regarding Qatar on this forum and I'm very thankful to all active contributors.
I have been offered by my firm to come to Qatar as country manager for a Consultant firm to be implemented shortly, I'm European passport with three kids working for European company.
I will have to manage approximate 10 consultants and develop the firm potentials.
I have been asked to quote my pretentions regarding the package, I'm hoping you guyz can help me. What should be the salary I should quote (firm paying only for the House)?

If your housing is being taken care of nothing like it coz that is the biggest existing problem in Doha.You can probably ask them for a salary of around QR 25,000 plus medical insurance and other entitlements like tickets,school fees reimbursement,furnishing allowance etc.Should sound reasonable to them.
