NOTICE BEFORE END OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

I worked with Qatar Petroleum fro 21-3-2003 and was given a notice on 24-5-2015 for 3 months will end on 24-8-2015. As I retired on 27-1-2013 was extended on yearly basis effective 27-1-2013 to 2014 and 2nd time upto 27-1-2015.

But as they gave me 3 months notice, am asked to leave country on 24-8-2015, 6 months before my contract completion. My question is that if I can claim upto January 2015 or if payment made upto 24--2015 is ok.

Sir, QP is a large Company ...there must be no questions as they will pay you each and every penny till you work,so hope for the best...
