Is this offer cool?

Dear all,

i just got an offer as a junior electrical engineer from a leading construction company in qatar. i have no experience at all and am offered 6000QAR with free accommodation, free transport and free messing in the company's camp.
Please i want to know if this offer is cool enough and other views are welcomed.
