Accha, in three days time we get to sleep three times, out thought process gets the time to relax after we put huge stress on it every day ......... so if your decision is still the same after 72 hrs then it means you are ready to move ahead with your plan & you will succeed ...... because you prepare your mind for three days .......... you calculated profit & loss which matycome out from the plan ...........

Don't I would say. They are offering you the role of a supervisor in a contracting firm, where as your qualifications are that of an Engineer. These two roles are very different, and the level of work involved is also very different. Part of your professional engineering registration would require to show them that you have worked in the capacity of an engineer, not a construction supervisor...I suggest you carefully read your Contract before you make your career decision...
