I will advise to choose the first offer which is as Fire alrm engr. . In your age as 24 , you need more experience, the methodology, the duration, the logic and the anlysis in electrical construction.Once you know all these, you can switch to planning engr simply by studying P6.

Both offer can be good in long term as you have only 2 years experience..Regd Fire Alarm Engineer you have to get license from Civil Defence license which will be a value added advantage in long run..same for Planning Engineer if you are well versed in P6 (SCurve,Histograms) its also an advantage..but more edge is for Civil Defence License
