before the employer can send you home even if you are hired locally, but now i believe the rulings have change and that the local hired are given NOC cause the gov't has refrained from issuing more visa and that they are limiting it to a certain numbers. But, also you need to understand that they can also make amendments to this rule and make it favorable to the company. Pray that you'll be given.. Best of LUCK
