Pay scale in Doha for Fashion Designer

I am an Indian fashion designer. I have a job offer from Doha-based company. Payscale is $1700 per month including accommodation and transportation. Is it a fair deal or too less, as per the Qatari pay and living standards? Also, what perks shall I expect?

When you say Qatari standards, are you referring to pay in general for Qatar or pay for Qatari nationals?
