please advice .....regarding job & salary.

Friends , Iam Master Of Business Economics with 2 years work exp. from India,currently i am on probation with a Milk and Curd Manufacturing company in Doha (its a old one) after completing my 2-3 weeks thy are offering me a pay of 3500/- accomadation in factory and pick and drop from factory to office and fro. I don't know what to do ? As i am going to marry with in 8-12 months.And pls advice me about the employment chances and how to approach after ramadhan. I would be be grateful to you all.
