expert_shadow.. omit the "sir" thing.. enewe..show them no fear otherwise they will abuse you.. try to read the labor law of Qatar also..bare in mine that your not asking a favor from them rather its them violating your contract and labor law of Qatar..be strong, show them you wont tolerate late payment the 2nd time..gudluck..

Give application to your manager.. or ask him, which ever suitable.. wait a week.. if there is any action taken from them.. and they paid the salaries. Okay..else you have better option.. contact embassy and court, better take your right by court, even you can request for release from them.. and don't worry about the owner.. what ever he is, company will beg you.. if your embassy warned them, and told them, in case of second complain, they will be blacklisted, and then no philippine visa.. thats enough for your company..

yes i know that.. and i really dont want to work again in this company, the one i'll fighting is to get my full salary, EVEN i return to my country.Thank you very much, now i will just talk to my manager about my request to leave..

expert_shadow, atleast for a month? how? you want to go on vacations?See, if you want to get your salaries, and they are not giving it..You can get your salaries simply by contacting your embassy and labor court, but remember then you have 50/50 chance to get cancelled and go back to country. or may be you get chance of release from current sponsor and be able to change your sponsorship by court..no matter who is your sponsor, even the royal family member, once you went to your embassy and labor court, then just you have to move on without stepping back.. remember thing thing..

you have three months total... after expiry date... after that company will charged per day by govt. this is not your concern..this the best thing i know.. consult your embassy, one letter/warning to your company.. and then they will never do it again.. Just contact your embassy and then labor court, you can file a case against them.. then see your company please you how much...

Expert Shadow, Go to your embassy, and then consult with Labor dept, or else wait a month. then go  and do this procedure, after that you can transfer your sponsorship even... there is no need to contact anyone, else then your embassy and labor court...
