Public holiday salary clauses in Qatari independent school
Hi! Could anyone help me with providing the legal details regarding a public holiday salary cut?
If a staff takes a casual leave on the first working day following a public holiday(Example:Eid), is he/she entitled to having a salary cut of 3 days or just the single day of the casual leave?(Bear in mind that the staff was present on the last working day before the holidays.)Is there any legal document where I can actually refer to the rules regarding the above?
