Qatar or Abu Dhabi?

Hi,

I am 26 yrs old, an Engineer and hold MBA with 3 yrs of work exp. in construction industry and I am single :)

I have two offer with me right now:

1. Qatar: 6000 QR with food, accommodation, transportation, etc.

2. Abu dhabi : 8500 DHS (no food - nothing)

Which one is better? Considering that I live a balanced life. I would like to enjoy (going to pub - atleast 2 week once) and I will be joining a sports club to play tennis and swimming.

Is it possible to visit dubai once in two months from qatar?

Stay home if you can get at least half of what either Qatar or AD are offering.

of living you are desiring, but I think Abu Dhabi is much better for a single Asian man. You would find yourself barred from the malls and other events on the weekend here in Qatar due to their "family day" aka NAM day (No Asian Male day) policy.

An MBA with 3 years experience in construction should get you at least 10k with housing, car and tickets.

Depends

social life or money

not that Qatar does not have a social life but depends how good you are at making friends.

Qatar is best optionfor you.. where you got all the amenities basic ones...food,clothing and shelter.(pub is an optional one).

Here the restrictions are upto limit where you spend less in qatar rather yu will spend UAE..mostly of high lifestyle whee you wont be able to save anything. Here you can opt for better job after gaining more exp.Qatar is the only country in ME where recession is less affected. If UAE offers you basic necessities ten you free to go.

both are more or less the same.but qatar will experience a construction boom for atleast a few more years..abudhabi is unpredictable.for your lifestyle, abudhabi is better..and its not advisable to fly twice in a month to dubai with your said income..

You better optt for Abudhabi as qatar has limited options when recreationsis concerned the pubs here sucks the band is useless u salary in abudhabi is good considering the rent prices and food expenses doha has become more expensive.

yes u can visit dubai from qatar on tourist visa or visa on arrival if u get a engineer visa take care of that. qatar climate is very hot and cold making people sick here after speding 8yrs here iam planning to move now to dubai. this is my exp i would like to share with u

Is it possible to visit dubai once in two months from qatar?

Yes, you can after your RP is processed. But the question is whether you would be able to afford those visits. Cheapest from here is flydubai. Check that.

If spending money for accommodation is not the factor, I would go for Abudhabi.
