In QP ... what is the difference Grade 16 and 19 ?

friends, my freind in Canada ( orignaily Indian ) got an offer from QP.

He has been offered for Grade 16... but he asked for Grde 19.. he is elgible for that grade, and he thnks QP may offer it after some negotiation

Can someone advise.... what are the difference in terms,, in salary / allowance / perks in both grades.

The answer is not about the salary differ. Your friend was asking the interviewer position or higher than him.

Though I dont know exactly...but its quite obvious that Grade 19's salary and perks would be considerably more than that of 16s.
