Rasgas- for professionals experts

I am mechanical Eng. 15 years experience, i got a job for Rasgas co. direct hire, I am married and i have 2 kids, 5 & 3 years old.my life style is average .
if I accept this offer , what are my chances to be promoted in future? what is the minimum duration to promote?is it possible to join another company after releasing from Rasgas.

Well, first of all you are lucky to get a job in RASGAS. Very much professional company. I am into an oilfield service company who is in very close contact with the lads there. You dont have to think of changing the job - Show your talent and you will be definitly rewarded in this company. Wish you great luck ahead and welcome to Qatar!!

Don't be so narrow minded. Promotion depends entirely on YOUR performance and skills. So sorry to rattle your cage but promotion is totally in YOUR OWN hands. No, you cannot join another company, or it is very difficult to do that. You might just get deported by trying to change jobs.
