Salaries for Lebanese

bibo
By bibo

Since salaries in Qatar are mostly ruled by nationality, I am curious to know the income of my fellow Lebanese in various sectors and grades, espcially when it comes to female skilled employees, under husband' sponsorship.

I am being offered very contradictory packages.

If you do not wish to reveal such information, please help me assess my current offer: how much would you expect for a 3rd cycle diploma graduate, with 7 years experience, mostly in managerial positions and reputable multi-national cos, in the field of marketing. How much to expect?

Thank you,

hellooo!! im going to qatar in few days to work there in a company. i asked the manager if my venezuelan nationality plays a role in increasing my salary ( i have dual nationality, lebanese & venezuelan ) he told me no it doesn't work. is that true?? if yes what should i do???

does natonality-salaries relation or rules goes into companies regulations or the government decide those issues by law???

This is what everybody should be doing in the Gulf right now. Applying to multiple companies and assessing multiple offers. There's a shortage of skilled workers so don't apply to only one company and accept the first offer. Bibo's range of salary offers shows how different the offers can be.

yes it is all inclusive... but an extremely stressful and time-demanding job...those who work in the marketing-branding field will understand what I am saying :)

the fun part is that I have been offered salaries varying from 7000 (3 offers),8500 (1 offer), 10,000 (1 offer), 13000(3 offers), 19000(1 offer), 20000 (1 offer) and just now 23000.

I just honeslty don't get it!

ah,...and mind you it has nothing to do with the size or "value" of the companies...

If you're talking Managerial positions for starters, I'd say not to go less than QAR20,000/- all inclusive.
