salary and accomodation
hey i have got a job in doha as an hr executive. i have 3 yrs of experience.
1) they are offering me 3500QR. would it surfice for my living in doha
2)food & accomodation i think i have 2 take care.
3) i would like 2 bring my wife also here so what would be the minimum for accomodation.
Hard pill to swallow but the truth is, this is the initial salary offered especially for the first timer and secondly, because you are an Asian.
However, as low as it is, the company should provide you with housing and transportation, without it, don't accept.
It is better to be a slave in your own country than in a foreign country.
A single room bachelor's accommodation would cost you around QR 2000 monthly. Food expenses will be around QR 400 if you do your own cooking. Add another QR 300 for transport. At the salary you are being offered it would not be possible for you to bring your wife.
