Salary Delayed

Hi guys, just want to ask and be enlightened:

Our salary has been delayed for 18days now, and it is always the case for the past months. My question is up to how long we should wait and file a complain regarding this issue? and which government office here in Qatar should we go to? If you can provide contact number would be appreciated. Thanks much for your replies!

Peace be upon you, and how do you do?.

First of all, usualy salary could be delayed till 15 days of each month in some big companies and this has become normal for them!.

Neverthelless, I work in a small company and did not get salary of the past 9 months!, then they have paid me salary of past three months before three weeks ago, so balance is left 6 months!.

However, thank God that your salary is delayed for only 18 days.!, so be little more patient.

sorry but the you can only complain to the labour if your salary was delayed for 3 months..
