health care system: it's good and very humanitarian in qatar. but i think the private hospitals in UAE are better than the private ones in qatar.

actually the best way to decide is to be sure if you are only looking for gain and future or for happiness and peace of mind, cuz the last two as you know do not come only from saving,or shopping or even house rental only

wish you all the best

regarding the rent:it's more expensive in sharja than in qatar.i mean you can rent a new villa only by 12,000 a month!and anyway probably the offer covers this as well.

life style:if u r married with kids, then sharja and dubai much more fun, there are lots of beautiful places for family in uae.but if you are considering to save maney, then living here might help you.

transportation:similar to sharja in some ways,i mean not like abu dhabi everything is close to you and easily accessible.

Shopping:as we all know, not like uae.there are some good destinations but yet.not everything you look for you can find it here.

after seeing the email about the newly joined employees, I was wondering why people still jump in when salaries are low, the I got the answer from my friend - "If you throw peanuts only monkeys will jump up to catch them" and thats what it really is. Friend my advise to you is, to make a big jump, salary is not the only consideration, use all the wisdom you have gained!!!

Dear,

lifestyle here in Qatar, it's an open life country, it's little bit conservative, but not that much and not any more, if we will talk about the salaries, it's not easy to tell, as each company/association has their own grades/levels and salary budget

but if we will talk about Eng. i think here it should be more than 16k, because if you want to go more in details of rental and life expenses it will be like this:

- apartment fully furnished with 2B/R the average here is (QR. 6500 - 8500).

- food is not cheap

- Elec. & Water, the regular payment for a family wtih 3 or 4 about (QR. 300 - 500)

depend on all that you can budget your salary and their offer

you should consider the rental and the daily costs similiar to the same rate you will find in dubai .

there is things here more expensive then dubai and the opposite .. at the end you will find both places is equal . but i beleive sharja is much less expensive them dubai .. so u need to see things from this manner .

if you want .. set some question and we will give u the rate for each .

Don't know about salary that you are asking.

But life style in DOHA and Shaja are not the same.
