salary for general manager

this is for my brother, i would like to know what is the expected salary for a general manager of a FMCG company here in qatar

HRD manager could assist, depending upon the field, nationality and no. of years experience to evaluate salary and compensation package.

hI! there, I am new in this site and as I read your converstaions here regarding the salary range i feel disappointed with my husband's compensations he is receiving right now..He is currently employed as assistant facilities manager in one of the company in Al Dafna, west bay, Doha.

Do you think i am reasonable enough to get disappointed with these compensation of my husband?these are the following:

6k qatar riyal as basic salaray with family status

1k QR for transpo. allowance

500QR for mobile loads..

free accommodations for us.

Is it reasonable if he will demand for an increase?

Really depends on company,

Im my opinion it may range from 40K - 80K PM, if it's MNC, possibly more and if any desi company will be even less then 40K. I know a GM getting around 100K & other Desi around 35K pm.

Depend which sector/business house, is to commensurate with role and accountability one holds.

In my sector it should be QAR 100k plus housing, children schooling, family medical and Life Insurance, house maid , driver, plus.....
