Salary of Medical Claims Officer

Hi,
Could anyone please help me out. I've attended an interview for the post of Medical Claims Officer in a upcoming and leading insurance company here in Qatar. Could anyone please tell me the range of salary for the post. Any perks involved? What is that I should expect? Since am new to the field, I've absolutely no idea.
