Hi,
I am considering moving to Doha from India through an internal mobility process with my present employer (a multinational organisation in Power sector)

I am a business managmenet professional with 15+ years of experience in Sales, marketing and Project management.
My qualification is M Tech., MBA and BE (Elect.)

Seek advise on the package I should demand from the company.

Well... what will be your post over here in Doha, Qatar?

A manager post can get upto QR. 20,000 - 25,000/Month, even more with other allowances.

Ask for family accomodation coz, a two bed room flat may cost something between QR. 7,000 - 12,000/Month depending upon the location.

Petrol is cheap here in The State of Qatar.

Food may cost you an average of 3,500 - 5,000/Month if you are staying with your family. Depends on the way you spend.

Ask for Insurance Coverage, Medical Coverage, Car & Petrol Allowances.
