I believe that there are intellectuals living in Qatar who wants to share some information about the salary and allowances that a teacher gets.
Please can you give me some detailed information about this matter?

qatarisun she is asking so she knows what is a market rate and fair, nothing wrong with doing some research prior, why are you so defensive about this? Good luck arnel, I hope you get a good school and a fair offer....You should get at least 10,500QR + accom + annual flights + medical

arnel_67, why you keep asking how much teachers are paid? when you get your offer you will know who much you are offered, right? so what's the point in asking how much others paid?

also with such attitude "are they humane or.......", you better stay out of Qatar..

Arnel, they quite often don't give a reason for firing....quite often the students (secondary school) make up lies about the teacher, and the school doesn't want to upset the parents or students so sack the teacher, I personally know 2 teachers this has happened to, thankfully they have moved onto better schools in Dubai...One just has to look at the churn rate of teachers in Doha, its just incredible, most don't stay longer than 2 years

Al Maha are one of the worst run schools in Qatar, they are run by the Talum Group who would have to be the worst management company in Doha, Teachers get fired for stupid reasons. I would stay clear of this school unless this is your only option.
