TechnoQ

Hi everyone. Could someone advise me on TechnoQ as a career choice? What is the scope for growth within the company? How much does a high level employee earn? How much do entry level engineers earn? What kind of allowances do they offer. Do they give preference to a certain nationality over others? I'd appreciate any comment. Thank you.

I'd love it if the hired me as a site or project engineer. However I've yet to receive a call from them. It seems it's not a good time in Qatar for jobs. :-(

Salaries are different for different nationalities. Indian, Filipinos and Egyptians earn much less than Lebanese, Jordanians and Westerners. Which division are they hiring you for? I am guessing you are being hired as site engineer or project engineer. That will save you the trouble of office politics as you will be at site all day so you don't have to worry about that. There is annual appraisal, depends on your performance and your relationship with your boss how much raise you get. Fairly professional company with well educated Qatari directors. Let me know your division and position to help guide you better.

I think all nationals stand equal opportunities there depending on qualification and experience, however the staffing is mostly dominated by NMIs (Non Malyali Indians).

As others have already mentioned above, its a professional and stable company serving a niche in Qatar. I happened to work with them on 2 of my projects in Doha.

I am a support engineer over there. It is really good for fresher, good grooming. Salaries are also nice.

It is a good company. I have official contacts with them for our projects but I dont have any idea about their internal management and policies. If you are so curious PM me, may be I can refer a couple of employees working there.
