Hi...

Plz tell whatever cost include the End of service benifits (Contract 2 Years) with respect to Vocation period.

it depends on your basic salary and the length of your service to the company...if you wish to resign you will get your gratuity+ticket and other benefits stated in your contract but if you will go for vacation only then you will get only your leave salary + ticket (as per your contract)...

you should be getting your leave salary equivalent to 1 month or 2 months depending on your contract, a gratuity equivalent to 21 days for every year of service, and your air ticket...you only get the gratuity if you have completed your contract period and you wish to resign other wise you wont.
