URGENT NEED VISA ENTRY INFORMATION

AOA. Right now i am at Dubai and having UAE Permanent visa i am also having Qatar resident visa. which is still valid upto july 2012.Now i want to come in qatar on Dubai visa on AIRPORT ARRIVAL visa. Can Some advise me i can come to qatar on dubai visa and can come bak to dubai and no need any exist permit from my previous company beacae previous qatar visa is still valid for further 3 month.urgent help me pls.
My friend visa (U.a.e) validity till November 2013 . but he is in India last 9 months , his visa now no valid because after 6 months automatically cancelled.
advise me sir, now he can stamp Qatar visa with out cancellation stamp from U.A.E

You will not get on arrival visa or tourist visa to Qatar as your RP is still valid and if you use that RP to enter you should get an exit permit to go back.
Dont think you will not be able to get visa on arrival to Doha. you current Qatar visa will pop up at the emigration screens on entering your details. they cannot issue a visa when you are already a resident.

a Dubai and Qatar Residency Permit, you are illegally in either or both countries. You are not allowed to hold permits for 2 GCC countries at the same time.
You will still need an exit permit to go out of Qatar.
I don't think you need an exit permit to leave Dubai.
To answer your previous question yes, you can use your Dubai RP to get into Dubai and your Qatar RP to get into Qatar - even if its illegal.
