What options is best

I wanted to ask for your professional side point of view to my current dilema and situation. I am presently working in a company involved in project management and manufacturer of stones (marble, granite and onyx) i am under my hunsband's visa, I joined in the company last August only. My position is HR Supervisor and the total package is QR8,000 which I think is enough. Am I right?

Anyway, the dilema started when i start hearing about the the condition of the company in terms of salary schedule. And given the benefit of the doubt i waited for my turn to get my salary, for the month of September my full month salary, it was delayed of 16 days so i already got my salary on October 16.

As I wrote this, i am still not getting my salary for the month of October which already 12 days had passed and still keep on saying maybe next week.

So with this standing i had to do something, i search for another job, and have decided to leave the company.

Now i was offered a job, Administration officer by a telecom company but i felt the salary was really low QR5,700 full package alread.

In order for me to keep the flow of my financial requirements i accepted the offer but with reservations and i dont if i really can join the company this December.

Or will i just stay in the company and suffer the delays until finding a better job.

Please i need all your comment if i will accept the new job with that salary or will i stay and experience the anxiety? Thank you very much guys
