what Qatar law says about salary deduction of employees?

Can you kindly tell me what qatar law says about deduction of employee salary. if employee salary is.

Basic = 800

Food Allow = 300

Transport Allow = 300

Total salary = 1400/-

If he absent from work without medical certificate so will we deduct his salary as per below calculation.

Absent Days = 2

1400/30 = 46.66

46.66 * 2 = 93 Qr. is this correct calculation as per qatar law ?

It all depends on your contract ..

No. you only divide it on basic salary. Allowances should not be deductable o_o

yes it's right the calculation. it would be called unpaid
