What salary to expect being a Network Engineer?

I am aware that this question has been run through this web quite a lot many times, but just for a quick suggestion:

What salary could I expect from companies belonging to private sector, being a Network Engineer with double post-grad degrees from Australia + Cisco Certification and having an overall work experience of 3 yrs out of which 1yr relates to Networking.

I am of an Indian Origin, married and under his sponsorship.

Suggestions would be highly appreciated!

@Nishant: The other two years of experience was with respect to software development. I am quiet confused here.. Does it mean in this case that, qualification doesn't matter? The reason being that from what I have seen, people with minimal degrees and probably about the same work experience obtain much higher.

total experience is 3 years but relevant experience is 1 year. I dont think you can expect more than 7-8k Qr.
