I'm gettting an offer from Al Khayyat Contracting & Trading.
What should be a Salary of Project Manager?

I think 18000 QR is a project engineer salary not project manager salary, for ALkayaat has a high salary scale,

my anticipation ,not so sure of course, it should be circa 30,000 QR +Annual Benefits

18,000 QR all inclusive plus free air ticket every year. Would you accept the package? It all depends on the type of company and your experience. This rate is what my project manager friend is getting. He got 27 middle east years of experience in his field.
