I am Egyptian , i work in ADV. Agency as Marketing executive , what should my salary be ???

hi! i'm just a new comer, glad and thankful to be here in this forum, i just want an advise about salary ranges..

civil engr.

3 yrs actual field in Project Management (Control supv'r, quantity survey, monitoring, etc...)

10 yrs in Project Operations (Civil works, structural, Sanitary/drainage system)

pls. advise..
