What should one do for injustice in salary working in the Ministry of Municipal Afffairs
A techinician flat salary in M.M.A & A is Qr1440/pm since 1994,with the 20% Govt salary hike in Dec 2006,a office boy gets Qr1000/pm,no Accodomation-even the slum Abu-Hamour which luky ones got due to Vasta.no travel allowance,no Airfare,no gratuity etc..no release to change sponsership..unless terminated I guess so..appeals for salary hike go on deaf ears or go to dust-bins unless one has big "VASTA" which means influence..onething good ls less work,some freedom at work and one can get is unpaid leave while going on vacation..but we are here to work hard for this country and make a good living and not waste our time in this country..couple of staff who are talented do odd jobs in the evenings to survive in Doha..as Govt. sector is half day job..The easy answer would be just leave this country and go home but where can one go when he has stayed and worked for several years can he get a job somewhere else if he is plus 50 yrs and back home too...Can anyone tell me how to survive in Doha with this salary and inflation in Qatar.Please some good sugestions on this topic..esp...from Qataris on QL...
