where is the Ministry of labour/HRC?

It’s a pity to see how pple r underpaid, others working under raining sun having eaten nothing in the name of saving for their families; employers exploiting their situation..(It’s so inhuman). The ministry should regulate/standardize the payment of all the expatriates in regard the nature of work...otherwise what is happening on the ground is highest “degrade of human personality” "Like a boil that can never be cured so long as it is covered up but, must be opened with it’s ugliness to the natural medicines of air and light, inhuman must be exposed, with all the tension its exposure creates, to the light of human conscience and the air of peoples opinion before it can be cured".believing that the bank of justice is sufficient to all.do you feel this?
