Who can solve our salary problem
I am at Qatar and I have been working in an MEP company as an engineer for two and half year and my salary 4500Qr.My problem is that the company holding my 4 months salary with out any reason, Now myself as well as my colleagues are under trouble .We already filled a complaint to labor ministry against company on two times but unfortunately no favorable result
First compliant form the company labors side; they went to ministry and complained; with that effect Company settled their full salary and now again started to delay their salary.
But they did not ever consider our (staff) salary problem. So I and my colleagues exact 30 personals were went to labor Ministry for second complaint against company. Ministry gave a date- on that date our personal Manager says with the presence of ministry of us that “company won’t settle all months salary, but we will pay salary regularly on next month onwards (1 month salary), if anybody have interest to stay please others can gone out” and also add this is company procedure.
So please help us …..Please guide us … where we have to knock? Who can help us? Is any chance to get release from this company? Because as you know that a Lot of Job opportunities in other companies in Qatar .So please help us
Try to contact the Ministry of Labor and the police.
Try also to contact the sponsor of the company .

talk with your colleagues and follow up your complains to the labor department don't waste your time to stay with that kind of company.let them deport you but you must claim your unpaid salaries and entitlements.
Go all the offices related to labour dept. And also give a complaint in Police also. Try to make a contact with a goog Qatari and he will help u. May god Bless u
