Doha Bank D-Ring Road infinite waiting time at customer service
Awaiting at customer service since one hour for a bank statement & still more 8 People to pass through.
I have been at the bank 10:13:05 took a customer service token D-030 with already 8 People awaiting in their. Currently the time is 11:28 AM and 8 people still awaiting at the ahead of me.
I double checked with the customer service person to see if they can expedite the request they replied with a rude attitude that we are working when your number arrives you shall be attended.
Unfortunately we are stuck with Doha Banks Poor performance every time. Not sure when the service shall be improved. Their is a suggestion box we have requested many times but the service remains the same.
Looking forward for a better bank/Improved Service.
It's manager's duty { paid } to come out of the cabin & greet customers once in a while .............
... for allowing the undisciplined customers .... It isn't the task of the banks to educate people and teach them behavior!

If the customers would abide to the rules there would be no problems. Too many times customers try to get special attention. All this slows down the designed process. It's the same on the roads. Too many times drivers use the emergency lane and then they try to get in the first lane causing a problem. The systems are well designed, the behavior of the users is hampering it. No discipline.
Visit any QNB branch tomorrow & see the difference ................ If still not happy then enter HSBC .............. you will be stuck with them for the life ............. very sweet talking people ..........
