Please help me

Good day.. Im search person to help me in traffic headquarters to get my driver license.. Because my license hold by the police the reason is I'm involve to accident but that is not my mistake..many times I try to get my license but the police not give to me..baka may kakilala kayo na kabayan na nag work sa traffic headquarter.. Please Baka pwede niyo ako tulongan.. Salamat
