VIDEO: Anger management issues could get you a FOUR YEAR BAN in Qatar!
When you live and work in Qatar, it’s always better to be careful about what you do and how you do it. This is because if you’re sacked from your job in Qatar on disciplinary grounds, then it’s going to be pretty hard to get back into the country. According to article 26 of the Qatari Labour law, if an expatriate is dismissed from his or her company on disciplinary grounds, then he or she will automatically get a four-year ban.
But don’t lose heart, there’s a way out. If you’re confident you were wrongly dismissed, then you’ve the option of appealing against the decision in court. If you win the appeal, there’re all chances of you getting reinstated.
But on the other hand, if you lose the appeal, then you’ll be barred from entering Qatar forever.
So the next time you feel angry about your coworker or his/her annoying habits, try to calm yourself down. Think twice, and then once again, before reacting. Make sure you’ve ice running through your veins and always avoid physical confrontations.
Remember, you should not be making your point at the expense of your secure form of livelihood in Qatar. Better safe than sorry.

What it seem sto be saying is to buckle under, don't make noises - if you want to keep your job and avoid a ban
to avoid office conflicts - always remember the 2 rules for Boss:
1. Boss is "ALWAYS" right.
2. IF the Boss is "WRONG", go back to RULE 1.
:)
Another clause in support of employers suppose if employer want to terminate anyone he just simply balme towards employee attitude is not good because may be asking about their rights is also considered under anger mangement. Is there any law for discrimination management. I hope not.
Not good, now employers will use the above law against employees.
" if an expatriate is dismissed from his or her company on disciplinary grounds" ??

Is the unidentified author just trying to insert more job fears for residents
