Dear Friends, I m really confusion about NOC, Actually I heard from some one if we have NOC we can come back Qatar anytime if we got new visa from another company or sponsor? Can anyone help me please.
Absolutely true. You can come back with a job offer and a visa.
Actually what you heard is Absolutely True.
As long as you are capable of providing a NOC from previous employer you can come back to Qatar immediately after cancellation.
If the employer does not provide such document then you are banned from re-entry for 2 yrs. By the way there is nothing in the laws regarding this NOC topic and in the end it's at the sole discretion of the employer whether to issue it or not.

That's true! If you have NOC you can come back any time with a new sponsor making the visa for you.
