Good for you trying to get a job. I was 14 when I had a Saturday job. It made me more responsible and appreciate my parents more. Unfortunately there aren't such opportunities here. Concentrating on studying all the time is boring and doesn't make a very balanced individual.

I said to my father i want to work but HumdulILLAh soon i recognised that life is very difficult without study. After 2yrs(means i wasted my 2yrs) but again i started my study & now im doing ACCA & BCOM at the same time. So as a brother please first complete your study then nothing will be impossible for you. Dont wasste your time.

Qatari law stipulates only those above 18 can be gainfully employed. Your only hope is babysitting or taking care of neighbors pets.
It is not possible as per Qatar law.
You should try India, they employ them as young as 8 there
