Did Bank is asking me about his loan even that is written to his name only???

First question: if his RP has been cancelled then the company he works for for sure will notify the bank about his situation so if he has aoutstanding balance with the bank then he might be put "on hold" in the airport by Immigration authorities. On the other hand if you are under husband sponsor once he gets cancelled you are automatically cancelled too.

1. Can I go our home without pending in airport because of his Loan? Maybe you won't be able to leave, maybe the bank files a complaint to the police and Immigration at the airport are notified and they will for sure take you and your husband into custody until debts are paid off.

2. Can my Company transfer my Sponsor even I cannot take his cancelled passport from his Sponsor?or even I cannot take the copy of the passport upon his arrival from Doha?

I mean can my Company can make automatic transfer the Sponsor?

Unless your company is willing to change your sponsorship from husband to company you must also leave the country. And they do not do so automatically. Talk to them and see what you can get.
