any of you guys on the same situation? please help and advice! i have loan in CBQ and Visa Card, i transfer to Mashreq Bank and they settled all my liabilities, im only waiting for the clearance letter from cbq so i can used the money i loaned from mashreq but this CBQ is not releasing my letter for 5 days now! they tell me i need to wait for 45 more Days! when they promise me that in only 3 days it will be ready? what action do i need to do? do anyone there have the same experience? thanks

buddy...go & talk to the manager....never speak to these people on reception or customer service.....everyone has a different opinion..!!!

thanks Anaum for your great answer! i checked and yes they issued 45 days guaranteed check/letter... you know thanks to you really but these people from CBQ i dont know if what is wrong with them they never gave proper information, very bad service eversince!

Check with Mashreq Bank if they can provide 45 days Guarantee usually at he time of settlement they send 45 days guarantee, in that case CBQ can give you NOC

This is standard banking procedure for clearance of credit cards as it can take that long for the last transaction to come through.
