There is an electrical post fall down on the subsidiary road at the back side of Rayyan Complex, when I report 991, somebody called and told it is not their duty but he will inform the concerned. But nobody came and the pole is still on the road with electrical power. Can u please tell me the exact dept where can report as a public safty, expecially this raining days.

you have to call 999 and not 991 so that the authorities will inform kahramaa
